With over a decade of expertise in grant strategy and research, Shaun’s leadership has supported the launch of numerous impactful projects, including digital literacy programs, participatory budgeting processes, multi-state research fellowships, and workforce development initiatives.
Shaun holds a PhD from Boston College, an MS from UMass Boston, and a BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
