About Jenefeness
As a financial strategist and therapist, educator, as well as founder of Fiscal Finesse Consulting, I serve women, BIPOC entrepreneurs, and small business owners—especially those in historically excluded and under-resourced communities. Many of my clients are navigating limited access to capital, carrying the weight of debt, or struggling to separate personal and business finances. I focus on equipping these entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to strengthen their credit, create multiple streams of revenue, and forecast their growth.
Who need clear guidance on how to establish and leverage business credit without relying solely on personal guarantees. They need practical, trauma-informed strategies to manage inconsistent cash flow, identify and diversify revenue streams, and create realistic sales projections. They also need support overcoming systemic barriers that often leave them unprepared to access traditional funding and resources.
So that they walk away with the strategy to scale intentionally, the structure to manage their finances with confidence, and the sustainability to keep their businesses thriving long-term. My clients are able to access new capital, secure contracts, and build systems that support profitability instead of chaos. Most importantly, they shift from survival mode to growth mode, positioning their businesses to create generational wealth and lasting community impact.
